Guava Chutney

- 1 large Ripe Guava finely cut
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Chilly flakes
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 clove
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 TBsp lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
- In a Heated non stick skillet, add the sugar, water, whole spices and the guava pieces - bring to a boil.
- Stir continuously on medium heat and cook till the guava pieces are tender and the liquid reaches a sticky consistency. Garnish with finely ground and freshly roasted cinnamon powder and lemon juice.
