  • 8 chicken thighs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Marinate sauce:
  • ½ Cup olive oil
  • ¼ Cup balsamico
  • 2 cup of apple sauce
  • 2 table spoon honey
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 big clove garlic - crashed
  • 250g olives
  • Salt & pepper
  • Italian seasonings (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients to make the marinate sauce in a bowl.
  2. 2. Set the chicken in a large casserole, prick the skin, salt & pepper. Add the marinate sauce coating the chicken well.
  3. 3. Cover the casserole and put in fridge for overnight.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 200 degree C, place the casserole uncovered, bake for 45 to 50 min. putting the marinate sauce on the chicken occasionally.
