  • 3 - 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  1. Line large shallow baking pan with Parchment Paper.
  2. Cut wings tips off chicken wings and save for stock pot.
  3. Cut wings into two pieces.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wing pieces, coating well.
  5. Pour into lined pan and bake in preheated 375°F (190°C) oven 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked and nicely glazed.
  6. Stir often during cooking to glaze pieces evenly.
We used to have a Chinese restaurant here that went out of business. They served the best wings or ribs with honey-garlic. I have tried to find a recipe that I thought was as good but haven't yet. This one is pretty good if not as good.
