HOT DOG CHILI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cover ground beef with cold water. Do not precook. Stir until meat is well separated and of a fine consistency. Add other ingredients and cook over low to medium heat until desired consistency for hotdogs. I cooked mine on low for about 1 1/2 hours but would take less time on med.
