  • Wide noodles, or whole wheat wide noodles
  • Farmers cheese
  • Cottage cheese
  • Bacon, or turkey bacon
  • Butter, if using turkey bacon
  • Alternative to farmers/cottage cheese combo feta cheese can be used
  1. Cook pasta according the directions, el dente, firm pasta is the best
  2. Chop the bacon to small pieces and cook until crispy
  3. Mix farmers cheese and cottage cheese
  4. If using turkey bacon, melt 1/2 stick of butter
  5. Mix cooked pasta with the bacon fat (or melted butter if using turkey bacon), cheese mix couple of minutes on the medium temperature
  6. Serve warm with crispy bacon pieces on the top.
