Ham, Cheese and Pear Quesadillas
  • Whet Tortilla
  • Slice of Ham
  • Sliced Pears
  • Shredded Cheese
  1. Pre-heat medium sized skillet, add a pat of butter and then add a wheat tortilla to the pan, top with a slice of ham (we use nitrate free ham), thinly sliced pears, and shredded cheese. Top with the other tortilla and cook over low-medium heat until the cheese melt and pears are heated through. My son loves it!
  2. Of course you can pre-assemble everything and then put the premade quesadilla in the pan but I find it easier to make it in the pan (so the filling won't spill out).
So simple!
