Hamburger Cutlet

  • Ground Beef
  • minced onions
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crumble Ground Beef with minced onions, carrots & garlic.
  2. 1 beaten egg
  3. about 3 tablespoons of Yoshida Sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  4. About 1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
  5. Mix all together
  6. Make small ball shapes and flatten by hand to create a patty
  7. Make sure you press down and make the patty thin (it won't cook well when it's thick)
  8. Coat patty in flour
  9. Dip in egg mixture(about 3 beaten eggs & add 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
  10. Coat patty in Panko Bread Crumbs
  11. Let sit on a plate for at least 20 minutes before deep frying (this helps so the bread crumbs don't fall off)
  12. You can also refrigerate the uncooked patty's up to 2 days.
  13. Or Freeze them
  14. Cook patty's in hot oil and fry
