Hamburger Gravy
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • Accent
  1. Fry meat in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion pieces are tender. Add bouillon cubes and flour. Stir until flour is browned then slowly add 2 cups water (or more) to cover meat and make the gravy medium to thick as you like. Add salt, pepper and Accent to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes.
