Hamburger Supper
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 3 sm. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) peas and carrots, drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook 4 patties. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add water to skillet and stir to loosen browned bits from pan. Pour into slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. (Can use 1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables for the canned peas and carrots)
