Hard Candy/Lollipops
  • 3 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Water
  • Flavoring Of Choice
  1. *Combine sugar, syrup, and water in saucepan; stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves
  2. *Attach candy thermometer to side of pan and allow mixture to boil without stirring, until temperature reaches 310 degrees; remove from heat
  3. *When mix ceases to boil, add desired amount of flavoring
  4. *Pour into lightly greased molds and allow to cool for several hours prior to removing
