INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box saltine crackers (crushed in processor)
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 1/2 stalks celery, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons schmalz or oil
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • little water if necessary
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • water chestnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix to consistency of thick oatmeal and stuff into chicken
