Harvest Pie
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 45 to 50
  • 6 cup cored & sliced Granny Smith apples
  • 2 cups uncooked pumpkin, peeled & grated
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill buttered 10 inch pie pan with apples.
  2. Put remaining ingredients together in blender and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour blended ingredients over apples.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
