Hash Brown Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed or shredded)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350. in a large bowl combine all ingredients. pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
- *you can also add one chopped onion as well. this adds a nice flavor.
