Hashbrown dish

  • 2lbs Hashbrown potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake covered 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove cover for last 15 minutes to crisp the top.
