Have it Your Way- Chicken Chili
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes stovetop or 6-7 hours in crock-pot
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 30 min
  • 1 Can corn (not drained)
  • 1 Can Ro-tel Tomatoes (not drained)
  • 1 Can black beans (drained) - optional
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • Rotisserie Chicken (I buy the precut package) about 2 chicken breasts
  • Diced Velveeta cheese to your liking (optional)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Cilantro (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot or crock-pot. Either cook on stove top until cheese(s) are melted or Crockpot on low 6-7 hours
RECIPE BACKSTORY
