Hawaiian Chicken Salad
  • 1 can chicken, well drained
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, well drained
  • 5 T mayo
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • raisins
  • Croissant rolls
  1. Mix together chicken, celery, apple, pineapple and raisins.
  2. Mix may, sesame seeds and curry powder.
  3. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well.
  4. Split croissant and serve chicken over bottom half of roll, topping with top half.
I found this in the local paper. It is very similar to a salad that they used to serve at a Tea Room here in Bakersfield, CA
