Hawaiian Pineapple Bars
INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and milk.
- Add vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in pineapple by hand.
- Spread mixture over cooled crust.
- Mix coconut and butter. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese layer.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely and refrigerate before cutting and serving.
