Hawaiian cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c of flaked coconut
  • 1 ¼ cups of flour
  • ½ c of butter
  • 1 tea of baking powder
  • ½ tea of vanilla
  • ½ tea of almond extract
  • ¼ tea of salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a suitably sized bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except the flaked coconut.
  2. Add each ingredient in order except for coconut and
  3. Blend thoroughly with a mixer.
  4. Stir in the coconut; then mix well.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.
