INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Be careful not to scorch.
  2. Remove from heat and add the peanuts and chow mein noodles.
  3. Drop my tablespoons onto to wax paper and allow to cool.

When I was a kid we always got these boxes of cookies from a family member for Christmas. She made these every year and they were always my favorite.
