Haystacks
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Be careful not to scorch.
- Remove from heat and add the peanuts and chow mein noodles.
- Drop my tablespoons onto to wax paper and allow to cool.
