Hazelnut Ice Cream Sundae

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint hazelnut gelato
  • 3 biscotti
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  1. Take milk and warm up for about 30 to 40 seconds in the microwave. Foam the milk with a drink foamer. Take gelato, and place 2 scoops in 3 cups. Place biscotti in cup with gelato. Top with foamed warm milk, and dust top of sundae with cocoa powder. This dessert is wonderful when served with home made espresso.
