Healthier (?) rip-off of Garlic Cheddar Chicken
  • *1 cup crushed All-Bran garlic and herb crackers
  • *1/8c shredded parmesean,ramono, asiago cheese mix
  • *1/8c fat-free/2% cheddar cheese
  • *1/2 tsp black pepper
  • *1 tsp oregano
  • *1 tsp basil
  • *pinch of salt
  • 8pinch of red pepper
  1. extra virgin olive oil to cook in
  2. Heat on med-high enough oil to cover the bottom of your skillet.
  3. Mix dry ingredients on a plate. Dip and coat chicken in crumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken in skillet and cook until golden brown and done in center.
