Healthier (?) rip-off of Garlic Cheddar Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- *1 cup crushed All-Bran garlic and herb crackers
- *1/8c shredded parmesean,ramono, asiago cheese mix
- *1/8c fat-free/2% cheddar cheese
- *1/2 tsp black pepper
- *1 tsp oregano
- *1 tsp basil
- *pinch of salt
- 8pinch of red pepper
DIRECTIONS
- extra virgin olive oil to cook in
- Heat on med-high enough oil to cover the bottom of your skillet.
- Mix dry ingredients on a plate. Dip and coat chicken in crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in skillet and cook until golden brown and done in center.
