Healthy Baked Chicken Tenders

  • 1.5 pounds raw chicken tenders
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ground pepper
  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 435 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl. In a second bowl, add almond flour and seasonings. In a 3rd bowl, add coconut.
  2. Lightly salt the chicken, dip into eggs, into flour mixture, then into coconut. Continue with all tenders. Arrange on baking sheet
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
  4. Squeeze lemon on top
