Healthy Broccoli Fried Rice (lab, vitamin and mineral)

  • 1 c blanched broccoli
  • 2 c brown rice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 whole dry chilies
  • 1/4 c thinly cut onions
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Heat oil in pan
  2. 2)add garlic, chilies and saute on medium for 30 secs
  3. 3)add onions, ginger, and green chilies saute for 1 min
  4. add rice, soy sauce, and salt and mix gently
