Healthy Cinnamon Rolls
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 10
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop, Protein Powder
  • Protein Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup. 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix ingredients together and pour the mixture into a pan on low heat.
  2. Cover the pan and cook for 10 mins (don't flip).
  3. Once cooked, slice into 1 inch strips.
  4. Make your sauce and spread it over the strip.
  5. Roll them up and they're ready to eat.
