Healthy Homemade Egg McMuffin

  • 1 split whole wheat English muffin
  • 1 large egg cooked how you like it
  • (Poached, over easy, over hard, fried, hard boiled Scrambled)
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Layer the egg, cheese and bacon on the English muffin. Make it healthier by adding Fresh Veggies like sliced tomato, avocado or raw spinach. Delicious!
