Healthy Hummus (or other) Wrap
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 tortillas-your flavor choice
- 1 cup spinach or lettuce
- 4 Tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (or your favorite hummus)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- VARIATION: Substitute meat of your choice for the hummus or simply add it in
DIRECTIONS
- Lay out your two tortillas and spread 2 Tablespoons of hummus on each one.
- Layer spinach on top of hummus.
- Add 1/4 cup black beans on top of spinach.
- Top with diced avocado.
- Fold in edges of the tortilla and roll it up.
- Cut in half and serve.
