Healthy Jalapeño Egg White Breakfast Muffins

DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease 24-cup mini muffin pan with olive/coconut oil or pam cooking spray.
- 3. Pour egg whites into muffin pan.
- 4. Add 2-3 sliced jalapeños to each muffin cup.
- 5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the eggs are cooked through and slightly browned on top.
- 6. Top with salt and pepper and enjoy!
