Heart Attack Breakfast Sandwich
  • Servings: 4
  • 2 Lbs bulk or in tube breakfast sausage
  • 16 pieces of bread
  • 12 slices of American cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • butter
  1. 1) Make 8 toasted cheese sandwiches
  2. (butter each slice of bread put 4 slices butter side dwn in lrg fry’n pan top each slice w/ 1 1/2 pieces of cheese place other slice on top butter side up fry on both sides till golden brown & cheese melted med heat)Set a side on paper towel lined plate
  3. 2)Divide each 1 Lb pack of sausage in 1/2 roll all 4 pieces into a ball then smash each ball dwn to make large patty fry in lil bit of water till cooked threw then remove any remaining water and brown on both sides set aside on another paper towel lined plate
  4. 3) melt 1 Teaspoon butter in fry’n pan Crack all 8 eggs into pan stir to break up yokes then hard fry them when solid enough divide into 4 and flip each piece over to finish cooking be careful not to burn eggs remove from heat
  5. 4) For each of the 4 sandwiches repeat this: Place 1 toasted cheese sandwich on a serving plate top with 1 sausage patty then 1 of egg 1/4’s then top with another toasted cheese sandwich and serve
  6. NOTE:
  7. This will be the best tasting breakfast sandwiches you ever ate! BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLY UNHEALTHY so don't recommend eating more than 2 a yr!!! Preferably followed by 5 days of of eating something from the cabbage family to work like draino 4 your pipes!!! LOL
