Henny's Spinach Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 envelope of onion soup mix
  • Bread crumbs
  • butter
  • shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook and drain spinach
  2. Mix sour cream and onion soup mix with spinach
  3. Spread mixture in a casserole pan
  4. Put bread crumbs on top
  5. Dot top with butter and cheese if desired
  6. Bake 30 minutes at 350
