Herb Butter Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp, finely minced onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard, any kind will do, but Dijon Mustard is especially nice
  • 1/4 tsp dried Tarragon
  • Salt and pepper

This is a simple and very flavorful sauce for vegetables. This makes enough for about 2 lbs of vegetables. You can use any herb or mixture of herbs you like.
