Herb-Crusted Pork & Rice Skillet
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 can condensed chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 2 cups Minute white rice, uncooked
  1. Coat both sides on pork chops with italian seasoning; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over med. heat. Add chops; cover. Cook 4-5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add chicken broth, beans and a 1/2 cup water to skillet; stir. bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice. Top with chops; cover. reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. and then let stand for about 5 min.
