Hershey’s Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

  • 1 ¾ cup GF flour mix
  • ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¾ cup Hershey’s cocoa
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add eggs, milk, oil , and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in boiling water. Pour in a greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes and 15-20 minutes for cupcakes or until toothpick interested in middle comes out clean.
