Hoagie Dip
  • 5-10 Pepperoncini Peppers, Sliced
  • 1/4 lb Salami, Diced
  • 1/4 lb Turkey, Diced
  • Mini Pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese, Diced
  • 1/4 lb Pepper Jack Cheese, Diced
  • 1/4 lb Cheddar Cheese, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or Mayonnaise)
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
  • Round Loaf (if serving in bread)
  • Hoagie-Type Rolls or Bread of choice
  1. *Once everything is diced to bite sized pieces combine in large bowl
  2. *In smaller bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, oil, and seasonings; stir and add as needed to desired taste
  3. *Add dressing to large bowl and toss until well coated
  4. *If using bread to serve the dip in, carve out the center of the bread loaf to make a bowl, cut the scraps into bite sized pieces to serve with dip
  5. Recipe Tips:
  6. *Use whatever meats, cheese, etc you want - completely versatile
  7. *Amounts are very approximate - just play with it to get the desired flavors
