Hollandaise Sauce
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • Pinch Tabasco or cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2/3-1 cups butter
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix.
  2. Melt butter in microwave or saucepan to the bubbling stage.
  3. Pour butter in blender very slowly and put blender on high for 30 seconds or until sauce thickens.
