Hollandaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 T lemon juice
- Pinch Tabasco or cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/4 t salt
- 2/3-1 cups butter
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix.
- Melt butter in microwave or saucepan to the bubbling stage.
- Pour butter in blender very slowly and put blender on high for 30 seconds or until sauce thickens.
