Holly's Meat Pie

- • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- • 2 shredded carrots
- • 1 bunch scallions
- • 1 can cream of mush soup
- • 1.5cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- • 2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts (usually one package will have 2)
DIRECTIONS
- Brown Ground Beef
- While Beef is browning, shred carrots and chop scallions
- Once beef is browned or close to browned, add carrots and scallions
- Stir in Parmesan Cheese
- Stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup (keep condensed, do NOT add water)
- Stir until well mixed
- Put one Pillsbury crust on bottom of pie tin/dish
- Add beef mixture
- Top with other pie crust
- Bake at 350degrees for 30 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown
