Holy Guacamole, Batman!
  • 2 tsp. garlic paste
  • 2 avocadoes
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  1. I find the easiest way to 'de-shell' avocadoes is to cut them in half horizontally and scoop out the pit, then squeeze the flesh into a bowl. Combine the garlic paste, lime juice and cumin with the avocado and mash with a fork. Add salt to taste. Serve immediately.
  2. (To make this a bit more 'creamy', you can mix the ingredients with a stick mixer.)
