Holy Moly! That's FRESH Guacamole!
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 0

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • (Organic always recommended - but if you need to save $, use this year's current Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen list)
  • 2 large or 3 small avocados (pitted & smashed)
  • 1 small jalepeno (minced)
  • 1 roma tomato (diced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 1/2 small bunch of cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Real Salt or pink sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
DIRECTIONS
  1. Simple: Mix all above together and enjoy! :)
  2. *Note: For a healthy substitute for chips, use sliced bell peppers (or any veggie) for dipping

I was following a simple recipe from a Candida-friendly diet about a year ago and decided to add a lot more flavor and ingredients to make the guacamole as filling and delicious as possible!
