Home-Made Worchestershire Sauce
INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir thoroughly.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer 1 minute.
  4. Cool.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
