Homemade Fish Sticks
INGREDIENTS
  • Fish Of Choice
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Parmesan, Grated
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Or Chives
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 450°F
  2. *Preheat oven; rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel; cut in half and then in 1/2 inch strips
  3. *Place flour, salt & pepper in one bowl and mix; egg whites in another bowl and mix until frothy
  4. *Combine parmesan and bread crumbs in 3rd bowl
  5. *Coat in flour, dip in egg, and then parmesan crumbs; pressing to coat
  6. *Place an oiled baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  7. *Bake 15 - 20 minutes
