Homemade Pizza Dough

- Servings: 2 pizza crusts
- Preparation Time: About 90 minutes
- 2 1/4 tsp of yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 TBS of sugar
- 3 TBS of olive oil
- 1 cup of warm water
- About 4 cups of flour, give or take
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the yeast, salt, sugar and warm water together until the yeast and sugar dissolve and tiny bubbles form. Add the olive oil and stir. Add the flour slowly, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing it in with your hands until the dough feels elastic, but not too sticky. Let rise for an hour or so, until the dough doubles in size. Grease a pizza pan with olive oil, then pat the dough out with your hands and top with whatever you want. I like caramelized onions and feta.
