Homemade Pizza Rolls
  • 16 oz Pizza Sauce (or Your Favorite Recipe)
  • 8 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 14 pkg Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Oil For Frying
  1. *Heat oil in fryer or deep pan to about 300; put pizza sauce and pepperoni in the blender until thoroughly combined
  2. *Transfer sauce to a bowl and add cheese
  3. *Beat egg and water and set aside
  4. *Separate egg roll wrappers; put about 1 Tbsp of cheese-sauce on bottom-center of each wrapper
  5. *Brush edges with egg mixture; tuck corner over mix and roll about half way, fold side corners and roll the rest of the way (making sure nothing is leaking)
  6. *Fry in oil until golden brown and let cool for a few minutes on a paper towel lined plate

  8. *Just as pizza, you can combine any favorite toppings to fill the insides of the pizza rolls
