Homemade Spaghetti Os
  • 28 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 14 oz Anillos - Small Ringed Pasta, Or Small Stars Or Mini Alphabet
  1. *Bring big pot of water to boil and add pasta; boil 10 minutes
  2. *Combine sauce, garlic, pepper, salt, and sugar and blend in blender or use hand blender to incorporate flavors and remove any chunks in sauce (optional)
  3. *Add tomato mixture with water to pot and stir; turn heat to medium and let sauce warm up
  4. *After pasta has boiled 10 minutes, drain and return to its original pot; add butter and stir to coat pasta
  5. *Slowly add pasta to tomato sauce and let simmer about 20 minutes, stirring about every 5 minutes so pasta doesn't stick
  6. *Give pasta a taste test and see if you need any extra seasonings or if you need to add more water, or let simmer more if too watery
  7. *Let everything simmer another 10 minutes after any adjustments or if everything is good, move to next step
  8. *Turn off heat and add milk and cheese; serve
