Honey Baked Ham

- 4-pound Ham
- ¼ cup whole cloves
- ¼ cup dark corn syrup
- 2 cups honey
- ⅔ cup butter
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. Score ham and stud with cloves. Place ham in foiled-lined pan.
- 3. Combine corn syrup, honey, and butter in saucepan; heat thoroughly over low heat. Brush ham with
- sauce and bake 1¼ hours, basting every 15 minutes. During last 4 to 5 minutes, put under broiler and
- caramelize the glaze.
- 4. Remove from oven and allow ham to rest a few minutes before slicing.
