Honey Baked Ham

  • 4-pound Ham
  • ¼ cup whole cloves
  • ¼ cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 cups honey
  • ⅔ cup butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. 2. Score ham and stud with cloves. Place ham in foiled-lined pan.
  3. 3. Combine corn syrup, honey, and butter in saucepan; heat thoroughly over low heat. Brush ham with
  4. sauce and bake 1¼ hours, basting every 15 minutes. During last 4 to 5 minutes, put under broiler and
  5. caramelize the glaze.
  6. 4. Remove from oven and allow ham to rest a few minutes before slicing.
