Honey Carrots

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb carrots, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water 5-10 min or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserve 1/4 C of carrot liquid. Combine reserved liquid, honey butter & brown sugar. Stir well & pour over carrots.
  2. Cook low heat until heated through.
