Honey Crunch Chicken
  • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup honey nut cheerios, crushed
  • 4 teaspoons honey, warmed
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in prepared pan and season with salt and pepper. Using a pastry brush, spread mayonnaise over both sides of chicken. Sprinkle cereal evenly over top side of chicken; drizzle with honey. Let chicken stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until done.
