Honey Garlic Ginger Turkey Wings
  • 8 Large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup honey
  • 1/3 Cup light soy sauce
  • 1/3 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup peeled and minced gingerroot
  • 6 Pounds TURKEY WINGS (wing tips removed)
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  1. Combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and gingerroot. Add turkey wings and marinate overnight.
  2. Remove wings from marinade and place in hotel pan; reserve marinade.
  3. Bake uncovered, in preheated 400 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain off any fat.
  4. In saucepan, bring marinade to a boil. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; pour over wings.
  5. Increase oven temperature to 475 degree F, bake wings, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until sticky and golden brown, turning several times.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
