Honey Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium carrots, cut in 2" to 3" pieces
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. honey
DIRECTIONS
- Cook carrots in small amount of boiling salted water 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
- Cook less time if you prefer to slice.
- In skillet, melt butter; add sugar and honey; simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add carrots and cook over low heat about 5 minutes; turning carrots to glaze.
