Honey Mustard Chicken

  • Cooking Time: 60 minutes

  • Whole cut up chicken or boneless, skinless pieces
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter (can use less or no butter if using chicken with skin on)
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish
  3. Melt butter
  4. Add honey and mix
  5. Add mustard and mix
  6. Pour honey-mustard mixture over the chicken
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, basking every 15 minutes or so.
  8. Reduce bake time to approx. 30 minutes if using boneless chicken
  9. Broil for a few minutes at the end if desired to brown the top of the chicken
  10. Serve with rice or cous-cous.
