Honey Mustard Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cider or wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • four 5 oz. pork chops, about 1 inch thick
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the honey until it's liquid. Stir in the mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper, to taste. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Place pork chops in a ziplock bag with the marinade, sealing out the air. I would recommend refigerating them overnight.
  3. You can put these in the broiler and it'll take about 7 minutes. Or you can bake them at 350 but they will take longer. Enjoy!
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I haven't made these in awhile but now that I've remembered them, I think I will. Trust me, these are sooo good. If you are on WW, they are four points each.
