Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 45 minutes
- Servings: 4
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlin ( 1-2 cloves)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried organo leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil
- Place tenderloin in pan
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients
- brush over the tenderloin
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink in the center
- Thermonmeter inserted in center of loin should read 160 degrees
- Let stand 5 minutes to rest
- Cut diagonally into slices
